Leading game aggregator platform Aspire Global acquires top global Internet Gaming Systems provider Pariplay for nearly €13.1 million. The primary goal of the acquisition is to strengthen the two companies’ B2B-business through external game sales.

Both Pariplay and Aspire Global have reached solid positions as important B2B-providers in the iGaming market and we look forward to integrating the team and start realizing the high potential.”
Acquisition Terms
The main reason behind the deal is Aspire Global’s goal to promote their business using the M&A strategy content which focuses on B2B-growth and external game sales. The company gets total control of Pariplay’s iGaming value chain in cost-cutting, gaming portfolio extension, and proprietary games selling channel. In addition to that, Pariplay’s position in the industry and its iGaming license for New Jersey will also allow Aspire Global to enter the US market.
The acquisition and the final terms are set to be closed during the third quarter of 2019. The changes will only have a positive effect on Pariplay’s earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) as of 2020. For the rest of the year, the transaction will not have any material effect on Pariplay’s financial results. When Aspire Global finally gets hold of Pariplay, they receive 100% of the shares handled by GMS Entertainment Limited, Pariplay’s parent company.
