Evolution Gaming expands its ‘Infinite’ lineup with a new table game this June. Power Blackjack, the newest scalable table game from the renowned fiat and Bitcoin casino software provider, is now live.
Power Blackjack was introduced to both traditional currency casino and Bitcoin casino as one of the 12 new Evolution games premiered at ICE 2020. The original Infinite Blackjack went live years ago. It is a one-of-a-kind game that offers unlimited seats in just one table. Building on the success of the platform, Evolution Gaming decided to introduce more variants.
Todd Haushalter, Chief Product Officer for Evolution Gaming, spearheaded the official release of Power Blackjack. In a press release, Haushalter mentioned that Evolution Gaming is actively looking for ways to improve the features of classic table games using the ‘Infinite’ format:
“With this game, the mission was to give players more of what they love about Blackjack without changing the underlying gameplay. We know that players love classic Blackjack, but we are always looking for new ways to keep it fresh. Creating a version where players can triple and quadruple down, instead of just double down, felt like a great way to do this.”
Gameplay and Mechanics
Power Blackjack sets itself apart from other fiat and Bitcoin blackjack games by offering unlimited seats in one table with one live dealer. The distinctive Infinite feature is present on its list of commands. The game allows players to Double, Triple, or Quadruple Down a bet on any two initial cards. This technique works perfectly even after a Split. There is no Six Card Charlie rule, but players can wager optional side bets such as Pair, 21+3, Hot 3, and Bust It.
The game’s layout offers 8 decks. The 9s and 10s are removed from each deck, but all picture cards are present. This means players only have to play with 64 cards on the line and maximize their chance to try new strategies without breaking their bankroll.
Infinite Lineup
Following the recently-released Speed Blackjack, Power Blackjack joins the original Infinite Blackjack and Free Bet blackjack on Evolution Gaming’s Infinite lineup. Aside from unlimited seats, the lineup provides low-bet limit games, live dealing of virtual and physical cards, and multi-device support. The difference between the three active games under the line is the existence and absence of the Six Card Charlie rule and exclusive free bets.
