Hard Rock International, GiG Collaborates To Launch Online Casinos

Hard Rock International, GiG Collaborates To Launch Online CasinosOnline gambling is at the height of its popularity. Because of its efficiency and accessibility, many are now aware that the thrill of winning money online is much like what a land-based casino can offer. In response to this, the globally-recognized business giant Hard Rock International (HRI) collaborates with Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) to launch online casinos in New Jersey later this year.

As February enters, Hard Rock announced this strategic partnership with one of the most-trusted casino software providers today. The news spread like wildfire, and even the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) confirmed that Hard Rock had indeed applied for an online gambling license.

GiG immediately released a press statement sometime after the announcement. “We are excited to be part of Hard Rock International’s inspiring and innovative plans to become a global leader in the international online gaming space,” said Robin Eirik Reed, CEO of GiG. “The online casino will be a stand-out product with the sizzle of the Hard Rock music, entertainment, and lifestyle brand,” he added.

GiG also ensures Hard Rock that they will provide a state-of-the-art digital consumer portal and back-end platform to manage all operations. The overall look and functionality of the online casinos will be developed by GiG’s design and development team with the help and approval of Hard Rock’s iGaming division.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR THE BITCOIN CASINO INDUSTRY

Hard Rock first started as a vintage themed-cafe in London. But in 1995, the business entered the booming casino and hotel business. Years after that, parks and stadium also emerged. Though it is obvious that the brand has a soft spot for classics when it started, Hard Rock adapted technology to give its customers an even more interactive experience—satisfying the people’s thirst for the digital world. In fact, just recently, there are Hard Rock Hotel & Casino branches that offered discounts on room rates for customers who used Bitcoin and Exclusive coin (EXCL).

For online casino lovers, it is known that here’s a clear future to online gambling if one uses Bitcoin and other digital currencies as a mode of payment, the success of online gambling sites is a proof of that. In addition, GiG’s involvement in a partnership deal with popular fiat and Bitcoin casino software provider Yggdrasil Gaming gives out hints that the brand is no stranger to crypto-powered gaming. And Now that Hard Rock is stepping up the game, the company is more likely to support Bitcoin in the near future. Take this statement from Kresimir Spajic, the Senior Vice President of Hard Rock’s online gambling: “Hard Rock has an ambitious plan to become a global leader in the international online gaming space.”
